那些摩尔斯电码的电台有人破译过了吗……索引帖里没见到啊……很期待哪个高人去破译

本来想自己对着morse code表查查呢，发现那些电台里电码播放的速度实在太快了，业余的想破译没戏啊……有高人破译过了吗？wiki上有吗？ 谢谢啦

日语也挺好啊，俺N多GAME打通就靠它了。
日本那边游戏相关的WIKI也非常详尽的。
不过现在一直缺乏稳定好用的翻墙工具，所以日本的FO3 WIKI还没去看过。。。

从最后一个地址截取一部分放在这边，方便大家理解。实际的电台数量应该有三四个------第二个地址里有人讲过了。

I did a little looking around on the interweb, found a program to translate the sound, used my microphone and figured out the signal. I was getting close doing it without the software but I don't actually KNOW morse code.
我在网上找了个莫尔斯电码翻译程序，然后用音箱--耳机将电码单独录出给程序翻译。 即使没有程序我也快把它翻译出来了，虽然我不懂莫尔斯电码。

The one near the Jury Street Metro Station seems to be sending:
七月街地铁站附近的电码是这样的：

CQ CQ CQ DE
OT OT OT K

I did more digging and discovered these are abbreviations.
再进一步挖掘网上信息，发现这些是常用缩写。  
(底下的就不用翻译了吧，总之是说有人不停的呼叫，等待回答，但是辐射3里并没有提供电码产生和发射工具你无法回应  ------何况这电码可能在那里重复几百年了......)

CQ stands for "Calling anyone", DE represents "This is" or "from", OT is "Old timer", and K is an invitation to transmit.

Literally translated, it would be
"Calling anyone, calling anyone, calling anyone, this is"
followed by
"old timer old timer old timer, please transmit"

More loosely translated, it's Old Timer asking if anyone can hear him, and trying to get a response. Unfortunately, since there's no morse code transmitters in game, we'll never know why this one's here. The signal loops forever, so there's no information on where Old Timer could be.

If you could point me towards where the second morse code radio tower is, I'll try and decode it. Maybe they're linked.
