Robby the Robot是1956年一部叫做Forbidden Planet中出现的机器人，说是机器人其实当时是有个演员在里面做动作的....
他在设计之初就被设定为不能对人类造成致命伤害，所以在影片结尾是它打怪兽的时候就出了些问题，因为它把怪兽当成了另一个Dr. Morbius..
