2) extract .rar archive to NORMAL/SHORT PATH , somewhere like D:\\Games
3) run setup.bat
4) follow on-screen instructions

How to uninstall:
1) run delete_game_from_registry.reg file
2) delete "Fallout 3" folder

There are people who downloads rips from p2p & scene
re-tags them, replace nfo and uploads as its own rip...

"Shroom" aka "Synergy" aka "Caged" uploads his scams on:
www.torrent.lt (private tracker)
he is biggest idiot on net, re-taged nearly 300 rips
