i'm ok with that. I'd rather let English be the de facto lingua franca of today's world than some other language, say, French, or German, or even worse, Russian. At least I don't have to guess if a noun that I encounter for the first time is masculine or feminine, or work my ass off trying to recall the conjugation of some verb that no one cares about. |
