辐射1中并没有提到关于天朝领导人的任何消息。
辐射2（英文版）的山岭军事基地中的银河新闻网（就是后来三狗的Galaxy New Radio的战前前身）新闻播放磁片明确说明了天朝领导人是“辛主席”。如下文：

当然，中国对于美国成功采得石油的消息做出了极强烈的反应。据中国领导人江主席表示，他们的钻油台原本可以在几个月前就钻到石油，但是，中国的钻油台上面发生了一系列的事故，以致进度被美国超过。江主席更加的表示他拥有证据证明美国政府就是一系列事故的幕后破坏者。因此，他要求组成一个国际委员会来调查这一个事件。

到了辐射3中，我们能够明确地从天朝军队残余僵尸、112号避难所幻境中的天朝特种兵以及安克雷奇行动中的天朝军队口中得知，领导人是“程主席”。标准的口号有以下两句：
For Chairman Cheng!
为了程主席！
Long live Chairman Cheng!
程主席万岁！
另外，Tenpenny Tower的妄想狂老头Irving Cheng也自称是天朝程主席的直系后裔。并自封为“Ghoul问题委员会主席”。
那么，关键的问题是，究竟是B社搞错了，还是天朝在4年之内换主席了？（安克雷奇行动发生在2076年底） |
