伊萨夸，又称一傻瓜，有朋友住那里
那么为什么国防部要这样，耗资百亿藏兵于民呢？这些警察们根本用不到这些装备呀！事实上，这正是对自己人民负责的表现呀：最坏情况就是他们用不上这些玩意，浪费资源而已；可如果遇到最坏情况——比如战争或是天灾人祸时，这些装备拯救的可是一条条人命啊！
